Rang yesterday regarding no payment in the bank that was due Monday. .
They assured me it had gone in on Monday . Rang bank. . Def didn't go in Monday.. Rang tax credits back. . Man sent email to payment dept to look into it. Took my mobile number to ring me back. No call back when I went to bed last night. Checked balance at 8 am. Not in. Rang tax credits back.
Apparently as it was a bank holiday' in the entire UK ' his words - it went in on Thursday!!
Not it bloody wasn't!!
And they don't call you back either so another bloody lie!! The first man was adamant it went in on Monday so I didn't ask the bank for details of any other day. . Yes I could have checked more efficiently but a downright load of lies!!
Hope his nose got stuck in his car door in his way home!!
