It's absolutely terrible.

Emailed them. No reply. Tried again. No reply.
Found different email. Tried again. Asked for customer services number too.

Just told no customer services number and if you don't purchase now may sell out. Didn't bother to address the actual customer services issue I was asking about.

What kind of a company has NO customers services phone number at all??? I appreciate plenty of online cos don't advertise it to keep their costs down but most usually have one and will call you if you ask.
