Choc creams vs bourbons

So my husband came home and said he had eaten a chocolate cream that day. Basically the chocolate version of a custard cream. So I said you mean a bourbon biscuit. He is adamant a chocolate cream is a thing and there I am just calling it a fake Bourbon biscuit as I'd never heard of a 'chocolate cream'. Has anyone else?!

Yes, they are cheaper, square and have a different texture. They also don't have sugar on top. I much prefer them. They are definitely two different biscuits.

Yes, definitely a thing. I love bourbons but don't like the taste of chocolate creams- a bit sickly if I remember (although, to be fair, it was probably about 1981 the last time I had one).

There's this new fangled thing called 'Google'...

(I hadn't heard of them before, but yes, they exist and aren't bourbons)

I've never had a chocolate cream before. I doubt they are better than bourbons. I did have an orange cream the other day and it was rubbish.

Sibys1... I did google but thought I would ask other people's opinion to gauge a better response. Isn't that what the site is about?

Husband is very pleased with himself for showing me a biscuit I've never heard especially as I claim bourbons are my fave!

Personally I don't think whether something exists or not is a matter of opinion (well, unless we're talking about something metaphysical, like whether god exists).

The thread is equivalent to 'do horses exist?'
