I usually have a stash of bolognese in the freezer but also make that for DD's packed lunch as well some days, so have been holding it back on evening meals.

So have been doing tomato, basil and mascarpone sauce with pasta.

I love carbonara but DD isn't keen.

This week we've had chorizo, butterbeans, tomato and kale with rice, tuna pasta bake, parsnip, pancetta and parmesan risotto, spaghetti bolognese, sausages and puy lentils with nice bread, oregano and lemon chicken tray bake, steak and sweet potato chips, red flannel hash (corned beef hash plus beetroot), jacket potatoes stuffed with cauliflower cheese.
