Will someone who knows about a low carb high protein diet please please help me.I've been reading websites but still just as confused!I want to start eating 6 small meals a day however....some websites say 1000 calories a day in protein & others say 0.5g of protein per lb of body fat! That's only 140g a day! Which is like 23g a meal Please help me figure it out.
I would recommend googling "if it fits your Macros" flexible dieting. It can figure how much protein you need for your weight. I track on my fitness pal and it is quite easy to follow!
