Oh that'll be the good old fish eye setting. Also known as the 'attempt to make tiny rooms look bigger than they are' setting. All it achieves is drawing your attention to how small the rooms are.

So, a tiny living room, a tinier than tiny kitchen, one tiny bedroom not much bigger than a double bed, and a bathroom so small you have to shimmy round the toilet to get to the shower/bath. Way too white too, whoever told them light colours make spaces look bigger, i don't think this is what they meant. I like to picture the photographer as an actual goldfish being carried room to room in a little bowl to take the pictures. -no i haven't been drinking-

I think it's either a fish eye lens on a DSLR, or it's a new feature of the new iPhones.

I'm guessing they're trying to promote the idea of space. In a way it's good as you can see 3 walls and what the area looks like size wise, which you can't with traditional photos.

The coffee table looks like it's an inch from the sofa. The whole thing looks small, even the "large yard to the rear." Why did they call it a yard, anyway? Don't you all call it a garden?

I'm loving the garden. A wooden table at an angle - but no chairs. A barbecue adrift on the lawn, and two statues of dogs holding ... lamps? It's as intriguingly good as some modern art I've seen lately.

lol I live in an okay part of of a large town on the edge of the Lake District and my 2 bed mid-terrace cost £75k ... which is an average price for the area, though if you go into the rougher part of town you can get houses from as little as £18k

2 bed property in an ok area, 25k. There are some as little as 9/10k but they're for sale by auction which I don't know the specifics of as its only a 'guide' price.
