Me and my D's ex are in a dispute over custody through the court. I have explained this to the deputy headmistress and she reassured me it would be sent via post or PDF which I was fine with- weeks later, no letter, contacted the school again, (secretary) very rude to me, said this wasn't normal practice, now the letter is going through my exs parents! What to do?
