I ordered some trainers from sports direct. They arrived, correct box, but wrong shoes in the box. I have emailed - no reply I have tweeted - no reply I have called them twenty something times but it just says " we are experiencing high call volumes " and cuts me off.
I reused to pay to return them recorded delivery - they sent me the wrong shoes and under sale of goods they have to pay the return postage. But how the heck do I get that to happen if I can't get hold of them???
