specially if it's a succulent one and I display it indoors?

ScarletForYa Tue 24-Jan-17 15:20:56

I think they're just for Christmas and graves.

Manumission Tue 24-Jan-17 15:21:50

Christmas and graves

Yep

BemoWax Tue 24-Jan-17 15:23:23

What's a succulent wreath?

I agree with Scarlet.

Bluntness100 Tue 24-Jan-17 15:24:01

Yup, Xmas and graves here also, sorry.

Cosmicglitterpug Tue 24-Jan-17 15:24:06

I've got my Pom Pom wreath on my living room wall.

MrsTerryPratchett Tue 24-Jan-17 15:24:07

Christmas and graves was exactly what I thought.

Picture?

DJBaggySmalls Tue 24-Jan-17 15:24:36

Unless you're a Roman emperor?

I have a crochet wreath I made - it is supposedly a Christmas one, but I used lots of bright colours, so it isn't overtly Christmassy, and I have it up all year round.

TheNaze73 Tue 24-Jan-17 15:26:29

Everyone has beaten me to it & I'm in agreement.

Christmas & graves

SparkleShinyGlitter Tue 24-Jan-17 15:27:53

Christmas or death!

MrsTerryPratchett Tue 24-Jan-17 15:28:26

Unless you're a Roman emperor? But that would be laurel, not succulents. grin

Belindabelle Tue 24-Jan-17 15:36:55

Well I have a few seasonal wreaths.

Spring/Easter
Autumn/Halloween
Winter/Christmas

I must get something for Summer

<looks at sad looking Christmas wreath on the front door>

I do think they're for Christmas and graves, but I'm not bothered enough to get off my arse and take ours down. Please yourself I say!

HerRoyalNotness Tue 24-Jan-17 15:44:34

I'm in the Us and people have wreaths for everything! We had fall, thanksgiving, xmas, valentines, Easter/spring, July 4th, mmm and I'm sure there are more. Also accompanied by doorstep decorations, it's a big deal

MandyFl0ss Tue 24-Jan-17 15:50:29

WorldsSmallestPatio Tue 24-Jan-17 15:54:44

Nope. I have a wreath on the door all the time. Change it every six weeks or so,

SaltedCaramelEverything Tue 24-Jan-17 15:57:55

YANBU!! I saw a gorg "spring wreath" on Instagram today. We need a pic to confirm it's worthy though

Manumission Tue 24-Jan-17 15:58:00

It's always worse when you're spouse is right, isn't it? As if being wrong yourself isn't bad enough <pats hand>

I think wreaths for different occasions is becoming a thing for crafters - I've seen it on Pinterest smile

MrsTerryPratchett Tue 24-Jan-17 16:20:55

It's pretty. It's very wreath shaped.

Etak15 Tue 24-Jan-17 16:21:08

My aunt used to say that we they should only be called wreaths when used for graves, otherwise it's a 'garland' confused

Bluntness100 Tue 24-Jan-17 16:22:23

It's lovely, but I'd think you'd forgotten to take it down from Xmas, sorry.
