Cause I'm that annoyed with him. We started out quite well, walking in town. Started to play up in boots so back in the bugyy. Minor tantrum. Informed me he was hungry (was only about 12, not late for us for dinner by any means). I wanted to look in a few shops, was perhaps 20 minutes?
On the way up for food, and because DS had been quite good thus far, he was allowed a go on bob the builder ride. Thoroughly enjoyed it, came off and demanded a go on the other one. Screaming, kicking balling his eyes out, ungrateful little....grrr.
Got to the cafe where we were going to eat, DS delighting in looking at all the yummy things. Brought him what to him is a perfectly acceptable roll, and did my best to disguise a cookie for after. DS was disgusted that I had not purchased a muffin for him and lay on the floor by the counter, refused to come and sit down. Back in the buggy again then. Hence an apporximately 15 minute tantrum with everyone looking at us, then he manages to escape from his strapped in buggy, (contortionist?)come and sit up the table and eat his dinner like a well behaved little boy.
Round town, trying to buy pressies for three different people, more tantrums, chucking toys out of buggy, I heard a lad call him a little shit and thought you are exactly right!
Bus home, one minor tantrum. Off bus, refuses to walk and hold my hand, back in buggy another huge tantrum. So now we are home. And I don't care that it is 4pm and too late for a nap. I bloody need him to have one else he might find him standing outside the door in the rain with one more tantrum.
On the upside, I have something for everyone and only forgot one card which DP will be going to get else they won't get one!!!
