Over an hour to go to the local tesco express?

My husband left at 6pm, to go to the local tesco express, and the off licence shop more or less directly across the road from it.
It takes me less than 10 minutes to walk to the tesco, say 5-10 minutes in there, then less than 10 minutes back. Maximum half an hour, but more often than not I'm there and back within 20 minutes.
Allowing half an hour for getting there and back and going to tesco, then say an extra 10 minutes to go in the other shop (which is closer to our house than tesco, so not a further walk), he still shouldn't have taken any longer than 45 minutes- that should be maximum.
He's currently been gone and hour and 15 minutes, and not back, and currently no sign of him. What the hell is he doing? I wonder??

He's probably bumped into someone he knows and is having a chat. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, OP.

Did he take his mobile?

Call if you feel you need to.

He had the baby with him, that's why I was a bit worried.
And he wouldn't go to the pub without telling me he was going to, he isn't like that at all

I'd txt him to make sure that everything is ok.

I used to get 'way laid' and it would piss me off, when my DH would have the attitude that I should have been back, when it didn't inconvenience him in any way.
