To ask if you sleep naked?

Been having problems sleeping recently and been scouring the net to look for things to help. One thing suggested was to sleep naked. Apparently there are many reasons it's better for your health, not just a better sex life. Although I've not solved the sleep problems yet, I'm definitely a fan now. I feel more comfy in bed, sweat less and don't get that feeling that I'm on the verge of a uti any more.
Any one else never wear anything in bed?

I love sleeping naked, sometimes I just wear knickers which is also very comfortable.

No. But I did yesterday. Until I work up at 4am and dh had stolen all the duvet. I was then afraid I'd get darked. So had to put pjs on

No i dont, i wear pants and a vest top. I cant be doing with pj's, too uncomfortable to sleep in so i wear them in the time between bath and bed then put on clean pants and vest. I couldn't sleep naked, i like things to feel contained!
Dh sleeps naked usually, he sleeps like a log so maybe its the way to go.

If DP and I alone (all kids at other parents) then we do. If not we wear underwear (pants him, bra and knickers for me) as the children (8-13) sometimes need us in the night/early morning.

Depends on how cold the room is. I'll usually start the night in a pyjama top but will have flung it off by morning!

I sleep in the nip too unless it's cold or we're in someone else's house / have guests.

Yup. Have to wear pyjamas when sleeping over at work, but always sleep naked at home or in hotels.

t shirt in winter, nothing in summer. cant imaging wearing a bra or pants in bed. I understand the big boobs needing some support but cant understand why you'd wear a bra and pants in bed incase you need to get up for the kids?

It largely depends on whether there are small children in the house. They have no concept of privacy and will just barge in and/or dive into bed.

Yep, always. And I don't see the point in buying high quality bedding otherwise. Most of my bedding is run of the mill stuff but I have one set that just feels divine against my skin.

I feel like I get tangled up in pyjamas in the night. I do have big boobs that move independently of the rest of me though.

I'm far far too fat to go completely starkers. But both my parents did and I was always getting an eyefull. Made me more accepting on the human body though.

I feel too restricted otherwise. However I do sometimes panic when I hear of people having to run quickly from a burning house.

My dh gets into bed with t shirt, pants and socks on then as he gets too hot or uncomfy during the night, sheds his clothes. Drives me crackers.
