We have our delivery at 7am so I'm always in my PJs.

Ours is in the evening so pjs are standard. I really wouldn't give it another thought.

I'm usually in mine. Never been an issue.

I always let them in in my pyjamas - your driver sounds very easily shocked

I'm in my pj's for pretty much all my Tesco deliveries. Delivery man never bats an eyelid.

The number of times I've answered the door in just a towel, pyjamas are fine compared!

I nearly always wear PJs at home (not in bed). Frequently answer the door to neighbours and delivery people, never really bothered to think about it further than making sure I have a dressing gown covering up the fact I'm not wearing a bra! If they are bothered that's their problem.

Could be worse - I opened the door to the postman with my boobs on full display. Dd had fallen asleep after a breastfeed and I had forgotten I hadn't put my boobs away!

I'm often in my pyjamas for our waitrose delivery. Are you sure he was so shocked?

I had a Debenham delivery the other day, answered the door in my onesie.

He got a better deal than the Amazon man about half an hour later as DS (7)opened the door totally starker. He had his onesie on but had decided to strip while my back was turned HmmGrin

I've done this loads of times!

we normally book a 9am delivery on a Sunday. I throw some joggers on at 8.55, but Dh remains defiant in his dressing gown.

I ran up the drive in my dressing gown and bare feet yesterday lunchtime, to apprehend a delivery.

I thought this was normal?!

I'm pretty much always in my pyjamas when I'm in the house. They are just my indoor clothes.

I must have had hundreds of delivery drivers see me in them and I haven't had a shocked face yet Confused

It's fine. There was a recent thread where most thought that there was nothing wrong in hosting a party in pjs!

Delivery drivers see all sorts, I wouldn't worry

I do it regularly to the postie/delivery people. We gets loads of parcels because of DH work so I have been caught in a towel, PJs, dressing gown, bikini, fancy dress (!). Nobody has ever batted an eyelid.

He needs to get out more.
I've answered the door in pjs more than once.
Along with onesies. Short nightie. Shorts and string top vest. Towel.dressing gown.
And the only time I wear a bra is if I'm going out or if guests are here.
Depending on the time hair will also look like it's been dragged through a hedge countless times and make up smeared across my face if it's been one
Of the rare times I have worn it on a night
Out.

I wore nothing but pjs for a few months this year, none of the delivery people seemed to care.

Deliver people are used to seeing people in their pjs / dressing gown.

You maybe should have just removed the stick from his arse and beat him with it!!

Miserable shit, you have every right to be in your PJ's in your own home!! It's not like you were on the school run!
