I was just saying today that the Christmas markets in Birmingham were overcrowded and a real target for a terror attack. So sad, has it been officially confimed as a terror attack yet?

Its possible its terrorism of course but do bear in mind that awful accident in uk before xmas once - when driver drove into pedestrians.
