Within the last month I have tore my ligaments due to a strenuous job, an infected toe which is ongoing. The antibiotics are giving me awful stomach cramps and need the loo every hour on them in the last two weeks I've had back to back colds with a sore throat, a temperature that's making me sweat all the time and aches and pains. I started this job a month ago and I'm not sure if I am just getting used to it or I'm not coping. I had a complete melt down earlier. Dp smashed a glass on the kitchen floor and I burst out crying because I was so ill and tired and didn't need that adding to my stress. I was on the point of tears before it happened. He was so confused
I feel like I don't have any energy. Every morning I wake up feeling flat. I have dizzy spells and I'm tired from when I wake up until I go to bed. I am three stone over weight but walk ten miles a day in my job, a lot of it upstairs. I would like to improve my diet and need a decent breakfast in the morning but just nibble on what ever is there because I'm always rushing or feeling queezy. Any tips for energy? How to cope with a demanding job and housework? I can't just be a wimp. I need to man up.
Unless the GP advises otherwise, when your antibiotics are finished, take a probiotic supplement alongside a multi vitamin and mineral supplement. Eat healthily, low carb stops sugar spikes and hunger pangs and nibbling on rubbish. Make sure you get a good night's sleep, no screens for at least an hour before bed, learn relaxation techniques, learn relaxation breathing to combat stress.
