If you are exchange gifts.

If you're a man, what would you love?

MrsRonBurgundy Tue 29-Nov-16 19:16:09

I've got mine a Fitbit Blaze and will get little bits now, couple of jumpers and some aftershave and nice shaving stuff

He's pretty easy to buy for, never treats himself through the year so always wants something when the time comes luckily

Foofer Tue 29-Nov-16 19:22:59

Mine is getting posh vodka, a Bluetooth speaker and a kit if accessories for his go-pro

DP is getting Lego and a fair amount of it at his request (he is an AFOL), that's pretty much all he actually wants.

He is also getting a couple of nice jumpers, some alcohol, aftershave and something else (just not quite sure what)

Initially I was going to buy him a pair of Louboutin shoes as he's always wanted some and he's had a really terrible year, but they don't do them in a big enough size

user1479495984 Tue 29-Nov-16 19:31:49

Oooh is the Bluetooth speaker a Bose? We love ours!

Thank you for the link, I did search Christmas first but couldn't find it.

user1479495984 Tue 29-Nov-16 19:32:33

Gin - what size shoe is he? I have the exact same issues.

user1479495984 Tue 29-Nov-16 19:33:18

Where are you getting the jumpers from Ron if you don't mind my asking? I think I've exhausted most options in previous years!

MsVanRein Tue 29-Nov-16 19:35:45

I am getting DH a new coat and hiking boots, have already got him a watch box, and the skincare line he uses and will do a few more goodies for a stocking and a bottle of Pear Grey Goose.

Gin I had same problem with DH and loubs as he's big-footed! You can get them custom made but of course it's a very pricey option!

IhatchedaSnorlax Tue 29-Nov-16 19:36:11

Fitbit Surge, some clothes & chocolates.

MrsHathaway Tue 29-Nov-16 19:37:44

I'm getting mine cask strength single malt from his Wishlist, and Form Cards from the suggestions thread.

Ofalltheginjoints Tue 29-Nov-16 19:38:38

He's a 12 user

MrsVan I had looked into that option, maybe next year! Was gutted tho really wanted to treat him to something that he wouldn't have bought himself

Lj8893 Tue 29-Nov-16 19:38:48

We get each other a selection of gifts, I shall be getting DH some trainers, clothes, PS4 games and kitchen equipment.

Mooey89 Tue 29-Nov-16 19:40:35

A nice but not bank breaking watch (hopefully), a football stadium tour.
perhaps a nice jumper.

Flowersonthewall Tue 29-Nov-16 19:41:00

A brewing book.

We are on a tight budget!

MsVanRein Tue 29-Nov-16 19:47:36

Yea Gin definitely a lovely lovely gift but one that might take a little bit of saving up! My DH has size 14 feet and it's a nightmare even getting normal shoes confused

Allthingscat Tue 29-Nov-16 19:50:45

So far I've got Coffee machine and pods the go with it and some syrups, Nutribullet, Gaming desk chair, Wallet, Watch, Flavoured instant coffee, Aftershave.

Just going to pick up a few more little bits now.

FunkyChunk Tue 29-Nov-16 19:53:31

Posh coffee machine, some new boxers and tickets to see Kings of Leon 😬

He will also get a stocking with some socks, smelly stuff, chocolate.

bigredfireengine Tue 29-Nov-16 19:58:11

I had visions of all of these men trying to squeeze into tiny black stilettos with red soles.

Google tells me that they make them for men as well.

ClosedAuraOpenMind Tue 29-Nov-16 19:58:31

a turntable and some records (which are a lot more expensive than i remember)
other than that, some posh crocs and some pokemon bits as he plays Pokemon Go

thegirlinthecar Tue 29-Nov-16 19:58:49

So far I have Bose wireless headphones , couple of jumpers from all saints , jacket , shirt, obligatory boxers . Going to get some books and some other wee things too

Ofalltheginjoints Tue 29-Nov-16 19:59:10

Size 14 MsVan! That must take a lot of looking for! I know DP complains he can't get a lot of choice in his size so it must be a nightmare
If I start saving now he should be able to get some made for next year.

venys Tue 29-Nov-16 20:07:54

A beekeeping lesson and honey beer thing in London to go with his best friend. Waterproof trousers for his scooter, woolly hats, and I got a local professional photographer to do some photos of baby and me (she was doing cheap mini sessions) so will get those printed and framed. And novelty chocolates. Always need some tat smile

Jellybean83 Tue 29-Nov-16 20:12:34

A Nintendo classic, tickets to see Still Game (one of those is my gift also) and the usual boxers, socks and lounging trousers. We both have a £100 limit this year to stop it getting a bit ridiculous like previous years.

Natsku Tue 29-Nov-16 20:14:44

I'm getting OH some decent headphones and a vinyl record. I want to get him more but am poor and don't know what to get him.
