To cut a long story short I ordered a Nintendo ds for DD for Xmas. It showed as in stock and we decided to buy from Nintendo directly as the model we wanted was slightly cheaper and came with a carry case. When it wasn't despatched the next day we phoned and were told it would be despatched three days later as it was out if stock but would be back in stock in a couple of days, fine. When it wasnt despatched then, we called again and after waiting almost an hour to get through were guaranteed it would be back in stock a few days later and our order would be fulfilled. By now, the model of ds we wanted was out if stock everywhere so we were getting anxious that DD wasnt going to get her Xmas present. The delivery again didn't happen. Called and was put on hold for 51 mins. We were told it was now in stock and would be despatched imminently. Again didn't arrive. I am really upset that DD won't get what she wanted for Xmas now as it's out of stock everywhere and Nintendo can't be trusted at all. Emails have just led to cut and paste responses...just wanted to warn anyone who was thinking of buying from Nintendo that they are a dishonest and disorganised company and I will not be buying from them again.
