Which biscuit would be good?

I would only be on it short term. A week and a half and I would supplement each day with 1 apple, 1 orange and 1 boiled egg, plus a multi vitamin and lots of water.

I get really hungry this time of year and biscuits fill me up.
Could it work?

Yes. Absolutely. Biscuits are 95% nutritional goodness anyway.

I'd go with garibaldi. Tasty, sort of taste like a health food anyway plus they have raisins. So that's a fruit right there.

Depends. Are Jaffa cakes allowed?

I'm up for trialling it - providing I can have a cup of tea with every one? Grin Oh, and switch the boiled egg for an omelette/scrambled please, I don't do cold egg.

Chocolate digestives, but you must eat at least 5 at each sitting for the diet to work.

Report
Bertucci · 15/11/2016 19:07

Oh - and the egg should be a creme egg and the orange a chocolate orange, obvs.

Ooooh hob nobs, even the none choccy ones!

Clearly we need to listen to bertucci. She obviously knows what she's talking about.

I find chocolate bourbons are a good shape for dipping into a boiled egg.

Can I have chocolate chip digestives?

It doen't sound as much fun as the Gin Diet.

Fig roll would be good as they are packed with fruit, or Jammy Dodgers, as there must be plenty of vitamins in the jam.
Jaffa cakes also excellent, as of course they contain all the major food groups..... chocolate, fruit, and sponge.

Choclate and caramel digestives. I have heard that they contain various health benefits, due to the caramel. Think it's something to do with the chemical reaction between the sugar and butter. It apparently eats away your fat stores, leaving you with a tiny waist.

Is this a piss take thread? I genuinely don't know if the op is serious. Isn't the biscuit diet simply low cal, less than 1200 calories and uou eat high protein biscuits and then a low cal meal once a day?

Shoving packs of hob nobs and Jaffa cakes in your gob isn't really what it's all about..although it does sound good. 😂

There are 84 calories in a chocolate digestive.
I could eat 10 per day and that would take it to 840.

An apple, orange and an egg would add roughly another 300.
It would take me to 1140.
It's looking more doable by the minute Grin

Do KitKats count as biscuits for dieting purposes?

Report

It doen't sound as much fun as the Gin Diet.

Monday - Friday, Choc Digestives.
Sat - Sun, Gin or wine

This will be the best diet in the world!

Stuff all that healthy bollocks

Bluntness100 How could the OP be joking about eating nothing but biscuits? It sounds like an excellent idea. Grin

Yes, it's obviously lighthearted

Screw the biscuits diet

You need m&s white choclate round biscuits, the whole box

And wine is basically grown ups' fruit juice. Grin

Is this real?

I'd choose a low'ish cal buscuit and have more than 10. I'm doing 1000 cal a day at the mo on slimfast - I'm really good at sticking to simple one food diets. I would look forward to my 2/3 buscuit meal more though Grin

I have lost all the weight I put on when pregnant with now 8 month old DS by mainly following the biscuit diet. Chocolate digestives for the majority of the day (snuck in when his back is turned), and then an evening meal once the little blighter is finally in bed and I can eat without a small person trying to grab it from me.

I worked with someone who dipped Cadbury choccie fingers in a Creme Egg for breakfast. How cool is that?

Go for it, I'd go for caramel hob nobs with a bottle of Prosecco (for the grapes of course).
