AIBU?

I'm feeling quite hounded by the NHS.

I was in hospital fairly recently for a few days (MH related). I have just received the FOURTH copy of the patient satisfaction survey through the post, this one says 'we STILL haven't received your response'.

I've also had three text messages in the time since I was discharged.

TBH it was a very dark time for me (I won't go into details but I'm sure you can join the dots) and is definitely not something I particularly want to either go over for the purposes of a survey or be reminded about every time a thick letter thuds onto the mat.

AIBU to think this is really pushy and insensitive? I always fill in the surveys they bring round while I'm actually in hospital. But the whole experience is not something I want to be reminded of once every couple of weeks, months later.

Do you think it's worth a complaint? I just want to be left alone, and I'm on the road to recovery. I really don't want to sit down and write about my experience so they can tick some boxes.

It'#s unreasonable. I regard these things as a theft of time. Eg one reason I buy on line is to save time so the last thing I would ever do is give a seller feedback unless I were paid hundreds and hour for my time to fill it in.

Yes I would complain, one is ok, two I could just about accept, FOUR - they need to piss off!

Hope you doing ok now, OP
