To wonder what has happened to baby sleep.

Dd is five months and has been a really content baby. From about three months was sleeping 10/11 hours a night. I didn't do anything she just did it.

For last three weeks is waking 3/4 times a night. Seems to be hungry so feeding her.

I'm just really confused as to what to do and when I might get some sleep again

4 month sleep regression.

Sadly it's a "wait it out" situation.

I'm also in this situation with DS who is 6 months, it stops and starts

I'm wondering if she's cold, but her room is in the gro egg range

I'm in it at 6months too. Such a shock to the system when they sleep so well so early!

Yep, dd slept lovely from 4-8months. Then teething hit us hard for a month and she's not been the same since. Just wait it out unfortunately. Dd was getting there but I think the clocks have now messed her up!

I have to say how lucky you are to have had a baby sleeping 10/11 hours a night from 3 months! My 21 month old has only just started going through in the last 6 weeks and now he has a cough we are up half the night again! All you can do it wait for it to pass x

My 9 month old has been negatively affected by the clocks going back. He has gone from one wake up a night to three or four 😁 Otherwise it could be a growth spurt.

Late 4 month Sleep regression, teething, learning a new skill?
Has baby only just turned 5 months or nearer 6 months? Could be ready for solids if sitting up, showing an interest and can put things in mouth.

Has anything changed at home? I read that babies can begin waking at night again to reconnect with their primary carer if they've gone back to work or been less available during the day.
