Such as the women who was eating eggs at 8.30am during rush hour on the packed district line tube.
Upgraded the smell from sweat and germs, to sweat, germs and sulphuric eggs

Bleurgh

YANBU. A colleague used to eat stinking tinned sardines in my office (when I was out for lunch). The smell lingered for ages. Grim.

TheProblemOfSusan Wed 26-Oct-16 09:44:15

How? How on earth did she manage that? But also yes, am a big egg fan myself but there's a time and a place and that is not it.

Artandco Wed 26-Oct-16 09:53:11

It was boiled eggs she had. So was bloody sitting there peeling the shells off first, the smell getting worse as more shell came off..

Ooh! Fancy a hard boiled egg now. love them with cheese and onion crisps, yum

Maudlinmaud Wed 26-Oct-16 09:59:34

Horrid. I gave a lift to someone who had boiled eggs in a tupperware box and proceeded to eat them. I couldnt get her out of the car fast enough and bought about six magic trees to try and shift the stink.thlenvy

Actually peeling eggs on the Tube? I've heard it all now!

Artandco Wed 26-Oct-16 10:44:19

Indeed. Everything happens on the tube.
My favourite was the night a women boarded with a huge cage of hamsters, then released them 'for excercise'! Then the doors had to remain closed whilst everyone rounded up about 20 of them whilst crying with laughter ( this was late, around midnight, so was semi drunk hamster catching by most)

Urgh, not a pleasant choice of breakfast to share with everyone. I wonder why people who do this don't just get up 10 mins earlier and eat at home?

babyapril Wed 26-Oct-16 10:49:48

Why? I honestly think that some people have a very bad sense of smell!
Eggs on a train?
They are bad enough in my kitchen.

BeautyGoesToBenidorm Wed 26-Oct-16 10:55:38

I've seen ready peeled boiled eggs in Tesco and M&S. The height of bloody laziness, if you ask me, but maybe in this case they'd serve a purpose!

Gowgirl Wed 26-Oct-16 10:57:39

Chuck the instigator of bottle flipping in hell with her!

Ladybunnyfluff Wed 26-Oct-16 10:59:38

Any plans for tonight?

Not really, thought I may take the hamsters out...

grin

BeautyGoesToBenidorm Wed 26-Oct-16 11:07:33

See, I'd love someone to furnish me with a cageful of hamsters on the Tube - I used to breed them, I'd take them off her hands grin

baldricksplan Wed 26-Oct-16 11:07:47

I was going to say that no-one deserves a place in hell but...YANBU!

BeautyGoesToBenidorm Wed 26-Oct-16 11:08:10

Lady, 'take the hamsters out' sounds like a euphemism grin

Bertucci Wed 26-Oct-16 11:16:19

I think women applying a full face of makeup on the train or tube is distasteful - but eating eggs? I'd have been retching!

Mcchickenbb41 Wed 26-Oct-16 11:18:37

I had to get on the tube everyday with morning sickness and that would have been the end of me .....,,..

dworky Wed 26-Oct-16 11:25:23

Why is applying make up distasteful when it's not affecting you in any way?

pictish Wed 26-Oct-16 11:27:50

The woman I was stuck behind on the slip road onto the city bypass who decided to take it at 35 mph, even though the bypass is 70.
Stupid bloody idiot endangering everyone including me and my kids. Fuck you.

DorcasthePuffin Wed 26-Oct-16 11:30:49

I have a (lovely) friend who stayed with me before catching a plane to the US. She insisted on preparing a Tupperware box of hard boiled eggs for the journey...

BowieFan Wed 26-Oct-16 11:33:01

I remember being stuck on a rail replacement bus with a woman who ate tuna for the entire trip. In July. At Noon. On the hottest day of the year.

How I didn't vomit I have no idea.

cjt110 Wed 26-Oct-16 11:33:25

Artandco By the sounds of it, you were already in Hell! grin
