My DS who's 2 has all his teeth...20 of them. In the past week his nose has been running and he's got his hands in his mouth constantly. I asked him this morning if it's sore he says yes and pointed to the right hand side (can't figure out if it's top or bottom)

AIBU to worry? His teeth are brushed regularly and he eats a healthy diet. I'm so worried he has a cavity Sad could it be the teeth moving again?

His breath is also a bit iffy so I'm also not sure if it's a throat problem?

HELP!

I would assume a sore throat to be honest. Because they don't realise that their throat is a separate entity, they often put hands in mouths because of that.

Can you get him to open wide and shine a torch down to see if it's red?

I've had a torch out this morning but he ran away with it then wouldn't let me near to see. Sad

I'd get him to the dentist for a check up.

Hold a sweetie or similar high up in the air, and say "Open wide!" and then have a look. Or make a game of it...."whose got the biggest teeth! Are you a wolf? Let me check"

My DS (also 2) gets this whenever he has a sore throat, particularly the smelly breath bit. Id take him and get it looked at just in case its his tonsils.
