To ask if any of you know the name of this book?

I've tried searching the (vague) plot details which I can recall but no joy and its driving me mad so I'm hoping one of you might 've able to help.

I'll try to keep it vague as it was a very good book and would def recommend it,if I could remember the name! So, a husband and wife are travelling to Australia with their new baby to meet his family and introduce the baby etc. Baby is a bit sick and crying throughout the trip, so they're giving him medication during flight. Eventually baby settles down, soon after this they land and get rental car to drive to his home. Wife panics after while that baby is so quiet,check on him and discover baby is dead. Wife brought in for questioning etc etc. Obviously there's a lot more to it but I can't remember what is and isn't part of the blurb/synopsis so can't give too much away. It's much better than I made it sound,promise!

Any ideas?
