Ok, I have named changed as I've been banging on about this for a week people will identify me
Last Sunday I was home alone, had flu all week starting to get on the mend and decided to order a pizza and salad gotta be healthy my first time ordering with Pizza Hut
When it arrived, I answered the door and the delivery driver told me to wait a minute (he was on the phone) I said cat is about to escape he then said wait another minute as he continued on his phone call. I shut the door to not let cats escape and he then rang the bell again five minutes later
Took in food, he left. Chicken is cold and my salad was out of date by a day. (It's actually a criminal offense to sell something past a use by date)
I contact Pizza Hut to tell them the situation (I just say food is out of date, delivery driver a bit rude I'd like a refund please)
I contacted again on Monday
I contacted again on Tuesday
Finally I get a response on Wednesday asking me for all the details I gave on Sunday (name/time/order value)
Thursday I get asked again for the same details, and told it is with the store
Friday I get asked for the same details
I'm still waiting for a response
Surely they should bloody refund me for the manky salad
