It is the funniest thing I've seen in ages and it's such a frighteningly accurate portrayal of being a mum!

I just watched it. Am a massive fan of all the writers too. It was ace!

"You can't make an omelette without telling a few skinny bitches to go fuck themselves." Love it!

ghostyslovesheep Wed 07-Sep-16 12:56:03

I loved it although the mum driving to school was a wee bit too like me!

Is it as good as "Coopers v the Rest" last week. That was brilliant!

JT05 Wed 07-Sep-16 13:35:36

Great, reminds me of those wonderful days! Cutting my finger whilst separating frozen food was a regular occurrence!

VanillaSugar Wed 07-Sep-16 13:40:33

Oh no - was it a one-off? I thought it was a series sad

It was spot on grin

UnderTheGreenwoodTree Wed 07-Sep-16 13:42:42

vanilla it was a pilot. They're hoping it gets commissioned. Fingers crossed.

That car scene with the traffic lights - been there!

Oysterbabe Wed 07-Sep-16 15:13:51

"I used to work for the Citizens Advice but then one of my calls was recorded for training purposes so.."

DarlingCoffee Wed 07-Sep-16 17:48:42

Absolutely loved it. Genius.

VanillaSugar Wed 07-Sep-16 18:42:51

It's written by Graham Linehan so it's Father Ted meets Mumsnet. OMG I hope they get a series clickclickclick!

noeuf Wed 07-Sep-16 18:46:09

Really? I am sooo out of sync with what Mumsnet finds funny - I laughed all the way through Bad Moms and hated this so much!

It was so bad, you posted twice grin

goose1964 Wed 07-Sep-16 18:48:08

I thought iitbwas awful, one or two genuinely funny lines but otherwise silly

Clickclickclick Wed 07-Sep-16 19:23:18

Silly is good though. love some silly. (Except Mrs browns boys. That can fuck off)

MoonHare Wed 07-Sep-16 19:27:42

I loved it. Sharon Horgan is involved in it too and she's unfailingly funny. I loved that it was reality but stretched just a bit further. Anna Maxwell Martin was perfect.
