To be fed up of the building noise?

The house 2 doors down has been gutted and is in the process of being renovated. There has been the noise and vibration of a drill for 12 hours now. Last week they took delivery of building materials made by an incredibly loud crane before 0830 in the morning which lasted for an hour. What can I do?

Nothing. It's life...8.30 is daytime and work happens. It's awful I know but not forever.
