To be pissed off with dd's dad?

Dd (2) stayed with her dad on Friday evening. The next day I noticed a chip on her front tooth but ex says he has no idea how it happened.

AIBU to think that there must have been some sort of incident to cause a chipped tooth? He brushes her teeth really quickly and I'm wondering whether this has caused the chip.

AIBU to be angry with him without any evidence?

Yes yabu

She could have fallen over and chipped it

I doubt tooth brushing did it

It's likely he doesn't have a clue how it happened.

2 year olds walk into everything, fall over and hit their selves all the time.

It could have happened a number of ways

I actually have a cap on one of my teeth where I chipped it as a child

I banged it on a slide and it just crumbled away

There's a thread on here, in which a Mum only found out about a chipped tooth, at the dentist, she felt terribly guilty.

There were lots of posts saying that their child had, had one and they didn't know how, so based on that YABU.

I didn't realise it was so common. I just feel like he's hiding something from me and I hate not knowing.

Yabu. There will probably come a day where similar happens to you. You have no idea how she hurt herself. It happens to the best of us.

I highly doubt brushing her teeth quickly chipped the tooth.

Unfortunately you will need to get used to not knowing everything. It's very hard though.
