Hello! I'm in Australia so it's daytime here. 11.04am to be precise.

Was the call a worrying one? Or someone abroad?

I'm up, me and DH aren't speaking so I've gone to hide out in a Mcds and eat junk food rather than sit at home and cry! What's the last movie you saw at cinema?

I think it was the witches, which was a strange but beautifully shot film about a scary goat ! It was beautiful and very intense and scary, did you see it?

Hey OP, DH and I have the day off from the DC because their Gran has them!

We're going on a middle aged day out! Doing all the things we can't when they're with us. Antique shops, reclamation yards and the beach for a walk.

:D

He drank it quickly!! I covet those ice making fridges- but no room (or money) for them in our house!

Your film sounds very interesting- how was the goat scary? I'm rubbish with scary stuff!

Hey Roundles and Peacock best I can do is 4 cold chicken nuggets I couldn't face eating (I have had 5 nuggets, some fries and a choc milkshake!) currently watching the boy racers do donuts in the car park

What craft do you do OP? I like knitting and crochet.

I can't sleep. It's too hot and my mind is whirring away.

I love cold milk in hot weather.

I don't watch many films. I watch a lot of TV though! I can't even remember the last film I watched. I think it might've been the Hobbit ones. I didn't think they were as good as LOTR. Some bits were rather silly and the computer effects or whatever were quite gimmicky at times.

The last at the cinema was probably Mr Holmes, which was quite enjoyable.

The goat is called dark Philip and apparently hated the director and removes the muscle from the man who played the father

Roundles A reclamation yard is a place where you can buy the bits which have been ripped out of older houses...original fireplaces, stone garden ornaments and also sometimes industrial lamps and things.

The beach is this one
