Have got myself into a situation. Am sitting here obsessively checking waiting for a reply to a message. I don't know if I'm going to get a reply, ever, but that's not the point. The point is that I need to distract myself.
What do you do when you need to distract yourself?
Leaving the phone behind is not really an option as work and home both need to contact me. So I need to develop some backbone and stop checking it! Please help!

The problem is that it takes 2 seconds to check and see if he's been online.
Am driving myself crazy here and can't stop.
