Trimming hedges

We live in a small cut de sac, our next door neighbours who gave no children have just started trimming the hedges (at 9pm). I gave two infant school aged children who wake early and who have been woken up 😡. Would it be unreasonable to let them play on the trampoline and have breakfast on the decking when they wake (normally 6am) and to bounce in the trampoline to pay these thoughtless fuckers back.

The wife doesn't work and so had all bloody day to do it. All the other houses are detached and do wouldn't be disturbed as big gasp between houses

Snigger, was expecting rudeness!

YANBU. 9pm is my absolute cut off time for any sort of noisy activity that affects neighbours. I don't even phone anyone after that or expect calls. Have you spoken to them? My neighbour's our once asked us to turn down the TV (very loud film, fair play). I wasn't offended or anything, just wasn't aware it was impacting. I'd rather know than have neighbours simmering with resentment.

They are doing the lawns now 😡😡😡 I think that the trampoline us the minimum they deserve, if it's just as warm in the morning I think a nerd water fun battle may be in order 😁😁

They don't speak much English unfortunately so I can't have a word with them. We haven't had any problems before except them randomly coming in our garden to take cuttings of our plants! Glad it's not just me, I have Pmt so not in best humour but dd (4) is now sobbing as she is shattered
