DH has never been lardy but due to other health issues he's been on a rather restrictive diet. I have eaten the same foods too. It's all super healthy, fresh fruit and veg and pretty much vegan, low carbs etc.
This has been going on for about 3 weeks now. We do a comparable amount of exercise.
He has lost about 9 pounds (he is eating considerably less than he was).
I have lost...........3 pounds.
He is parading around the house claiming that dieting is easy and he has no idea why everyone finds it so hard.
Should I slip some butter in his dinner tomorrow?
(Please note that this is a lighthearted thread and I have no desire to have any dietary advice or analysis of why I haven't lost weight, I am simply sharing my frustration.)
