He says it is common, and lots of people eat a full packet at once.

Do you, or could you, or would you like to?

Probably not a whole packet in one go unless it was quite small but I easily eat half the pack in one goBlush

Only Jaffa cakes (do they count as biscuits?) couldn't manage a full pack of any other type!

It has been known on occasion in the past, but it's rare! What's the big deal? Who is 'he'?

Those choc chip cookie packets only have about 8 biscuits in! Easy done over the course of watching a film!

NeedACleverNN · 13/05/2016 19:47

I have done yes

Chocolate fingers. I have also eaten 4 packets of crisps in one go.

Am I ashamed? Not one bit

Yes, easily. Biscuits are my vice! Usually fig rolls or custard creams

I can, and if it wouldn't make me even fatter, I would. Occasionally I do. I really really try not to. I think it's greedy and not 'what normal people do' or what people with a healthy attitude to food do.

DH will eat a whole packet in one sitting without thinking.

We don't have biscuits in the house. (Or anything else of that nature due to the above).

Only oreos and never again. One is never enough....

Yes yes and yes.

In fact, it's the only way I eat biscuits.

So I mostly don't buy them.

No, probably couldn't. Husband could and does if it's Jaffa cakes.

I don't but I could... At uni I knew a quite buff looking guy who did it all the time. I don't think it would be terribly good for you though.

Who says? Common as in 'everyday' or as in waynetta slob?

Before my blood sugars went mad, I could finish pack of m+s Jaffa cakes quite happily.

Never, no. 1 or 2 max.

Report
RoganJosh · 13/05/2016 19:48

No.
Quick Google finds that there are nearly 1000 calories in a 200g pack of custard creams. So it would need to be instead of a whole meal I suppose.

I have done. Blush It's not normal though. I don't do it anymore and now stop at 2.

I did have a blip when I was trying to stop the habit and ate loads in one sitting, ended up with a massive headache, effects of the all the sugar that, embarrassingly, my body had probably gotten used to and that's why I hadn't had the headaches previously.
