To be clear, I'm not selling it.

I only want it for the panda. Not sure DH would agree to moving to Hull in pursuit of a panda.

Actually had a proper look at it. Very unattractive, bog standard new build. I'd find those low ceilings a bit depressing tbh.

Think the panda's a bit of desperate marketing.
