Can you not change the title of the thread to something clearer? I thought it was a thread about a car number plate. I mean that with no disrespect whatsoever for the 96 victims.

YoureMyWifeNowDave Tue 26-Apr-16 12:41:42

I hope this will finally give the families some peace

WorraLiberty Tue 26-Apr-16 12:41:54

I too thought it was a car number plate.

MaidOfStars Tue 26-Apr-16 12:43:33

I'll admit, I'm surprised. I didn't think the day would come. Pleased it has.

NeedACleverNN Tue 26-Apr-16 12:43:44

I thought it was a postcode but where I didn't have a clue

I bet the families are relieved

Bearlyknitted Tue 26-Apr-16 12:45:31

The police lied. The Sun lied. The truth will out.

Jail Dukinfield. sad

MintyChapstick Tue 26-Apr-16 12:47:32

Surely it was obvious what the thread as about?

At last justice is served. I hope we see criminal prosecutions now.

KenDoddsDadsDog Tue 26-Apr-16 12:48:39

JFT96 .
Thank god , hope Ann Williams is somewhere knowing what has happened .
It's been a long campaign and all those involved know it's not a car number plate. From watching on TV to moving to Liverpool as an 18 year old the year after , a lot have been waiting to see this .

notamummy10 Tue 26-Apr-16 12:49:13

Finally the families have the truth and justice they deserved for their loved ones! JFT 96 thanks

DropYourSword Tue 26-Apr-16 12:49:41

Not to me it wasn't Minty. But I'm not in the UK. Probably wouldn't have hurt to spend an extra minute writing a couple of words for something so important.

mrgrouper Tue 26-Apr-16 12:51:18

yes and I have a disability that affects me understanding stuff, so to me I thought it was a number plate and no I am not trying to be offensive towards the victims or their families

PaulAnkaTheDog Tue 26-Apr-16 12:52:58

It wasn't clear to me what the title meant at all. I thought it was a registration plate as well.

Glad to see that there is finally some justice.

Pepperpot99 Tue 26-Apr-16 12:54:35

There is already a thread on this in the In the News section.

MintyChapstick Tue 26-Apr-16 12:56:42

I will never buy The Sun newspaper because of the lies they told about Hillsborough. These are lies a lot of people still believe to be true, though I hope this verdict goes some way to change that.

Ihangmyknickersontheline Tue 26-Apr-16 12:58:09

A great move forward for families and friends of all those involved in that most awful tragedy. Its a good day!

carltonscroop Tue 26-Apr-16 13:01:33

There are several threads.

Yes I understood the thread title because it has been so widely used online, especially by the active campaigners/supporters.

An emotional day.

SlimCheesy Tue 26-Apr-16 13:06:44

wonderful wonderful wonderful news.

shovetheholly Tue 26-Apr-16 13:08:26

This isn't justice yet. But it's a start.

I want to see those at the top of SY police who were responsible brought to justice. AND for Orgreave. AND for the child sexual exploitation scandal.

Goingtobeawesome Tue 26-Apr-16 13:08:54

I cried when I saw the families singing and DS caught me blush.
