Stay at home. Go to bed and them have movie time with the kids later.

Sta at home. You need to conserve your energy for later.

Go on the walk. Focus your attention on your children and then it won't make dealing with ILs quite as bad. Fresh air will do you good. The less you do, the less you want to do.

I'd go. Suck it up to be with DH and the kids because it's a nice thing to do, ignore the ILs as much as possible.

It's up to you though, if you'd rather stay, do that. It's a bit unreasonable to stop your DH and kids going though - if you want to be with them, go with them.

YANBU to not want to go.

YWBU to stop the others from going just because you don't want to.

Why is your DH "having a strop?" If you are too tired to go, that's the end of it.
Personally if I was feeling like this and had suspected a fatigue syndrome AND had to go to work at 6pm then I would be quite happy for them to go while I stayed at home for a well deserved rest.

Go to bed. If your fatigued now then work will be he'll after a walk

I'd say go on the walk but not if you're working tonight.

I'd just enjoy the quiet time and do something with the kids tomorrow.

Don't worry about the kids, they have 3 capable adults to take care of them.

I'd normally say go walking - fresh air and exercise good for the mind and body! But if you are not well and working tonight, then I wouldn't. I'd read a book, sit out in the sun in the yard, doze a bit, eat some good food and enjoy the time alone.

The kids will be fine and DH will get over it.

Don't go if you are exhausted. Esp if you have to work later.

Let DH take the DCs and rest.

Stay at home - if your fatigue is because of a health condition and you have to work tonight, you need to conserve your stamina reserves.
