Any Experience with customer surveys for major grocery store?

I filled in a survey online for a large store (Tesco), which is on the bottom of receipts and can be entered into a prize draw.

Anyway, I made some negative comments and got a phone call today to ask me about it. (I clicked the no contact box on the website). They asked me to describe the person who I was complaining about. They then told me that they would be in the store the next time I'm there (which they asked me) and to get customer services to call them to come and talk to me. I'm worried it's the person I complained about and they're going to have a go at me!

AIBU to NOT do what they asked, and pretend I didn't get the call?

How would the person know who you are? Was is very specific complaint?

Did you ask them why they contacted you?

Did you tick the box for no marketing contact or no contact at all.

Don't worry about it. The person isn't going to risk their job to have a go. I can't see why you would need to pretend your don't get the call. Who is going to ask you in store?
