YANBU - well done!

I have lost 3st so far - another 3 to go. My WL has completely plateaued though which is a bit annoying.

It is a great achievement so you should be proud. Are you feeling good?

My grown up DD has lost 7 stone in a year and my DH has lost 6.5 stone in eight months. I eat the same food as them but have lost nothing, I think it is because I am on insulin.

Well done OP Thanks thats great. Its taken me two and a half years to lose 4 stone....at a pound and a half a fortnight. The 4 stone was a regain after losing 10 stone so ive lost that 4 stone twice.

Dont get disheartened if the weight loss slows down after a while .....thats normal

And women are pressured to lose weight as it is without being told we arent doing it fast enough.

YABVU ...for not saying how you did it. Was it stomach crunches? Jogging? Mystical herbal teas? Liposuction?
Spill the beans and award yourself a halo Smile

I lost 26 lbs last summer, kept it off and am starting my program again on Monday. I want to drop another 15-20 lbs before my June vacation. I lost the 26lbs in 6 weeks btw. I love hearing about other peoples goals being met, makes me feel less alone :)

Well done, want an achievement! You've done so well, it's incredibly difficult to lose weight.

No doubt you feel loads better, it really is hard to change your mind set when it comes to food but so worth it FlowersFlowers

maddening I followed this program. It actually worked for me. I had never dieted before and after it was over went right back to eating normally and have not gained any back since last summer. I did not find it tough at all but I did use the appetite suppressant from the same company.

BitchyComment Honestly It wasnt that tough. Im 50 and had never dieted before, signed up to a VERY expensive doctor led program that did this diet. I wouldnt have believed it either. I only found this online when trying to buy the drops again to do the program myself as it was way too expensive to sign up again. I didnt know it was a "thing". All i know is it worked for me, I have not gained back and eat what I like. My friend and I are doing it, starting Monday, Im hoping it goes like the last time did.

Well done! I've done the same, I've applied the Kondo method to food as well as the house and (like the house) it is slowly disappearing.
I only eat good food and enjoy it. If I do eat something previously considered naughty, I eat a small portion and really savour it.
I haven't felt deprived because I'm enjoying everything and I don't feel the need to overeat.
Disclaimer:I am going on an all inclusive holiday on Tuesday for nearly two weeks which will be the test!
