To ask you to entertain my ridiculous health anxiety for a minute?

I do suffer health anxiety but something just happened which worried me and I was wondering if its normal.

I just washed my hands and was looking in the mirror, I was quite close to it then I realized my necklace was double ie double vision around the pendant. I noticed it around my hands too, only in the mirror.

Freaked me out! Does this happen to anyone else ?
