I'm watching "Back in time for the weekend" on BBC. They're talking about DIY in the future. The father and son have gone to find out more. It's International Women's Day FFS!

Is that not because they are doing the show as if living in another decade, one where DIY is mainly done by males? To try and keep true to the "experience" the women do not get involved as they wouldn't have then?

Sorry if I have got it wrong, I have watched other back in time series but not this one yet.

Well, yes when they were in the 1950s, but this was supposed to be the future, so it was disappointing that it was just men.
