She's a minor so most places wouldn't do it. I wouldn't. (Beauty therapist) although you can book pamper parties where they do hair, manicure/pedicure.

Yes, she's 6. She's always loved massages - since a baby. I give her back rubs often and she loves them, but as I'm a single working mum of two they don't last very long and frankly I'm shit at it.

So I thought a proper back massage would be a lovely birthday present for her - followed by tea just her and I for once.

The woman I go to at neals yard does massage for children - I think it's a lovely idea and my 6 yr old DS would love it! Best to just ring a few and ask.

Beauty therapists aren't insured for children under 14 or 16. Which was the tactic I used to wrestle the local beauty parlour's massage voucher out of DS hands when he won it in the school raffle...

Try a yoga group, or mindfulness for kids?
