I spent quite a lot of the time in tears- it is an awesome film Smile

With the car? I can't watch it. Don't make me think about it now, I genuinely find it so distressing.

Is this the one with Bradley Cooper when he takes the brain pill?

I though you meant the one with the wee boy Android Grin Perhaps you should clarify the film...

Caravan that's Limitless.

AI has the kid out of Sixth Sense in it.. Haley Joel Osmet or something like that I think.

Yep, it's the one with the little boy robot - it's taken me two days to watch it Sad

I thought it was sad... although I'd adore a teddy bear friend.

Oh god I could never watch it again. Beautiful film. But so bleak.

It makes me cry. But then I cry at Masterchef, the Bear & Hare John Lewis advert, Cool Runnings, Scruff found alive in The Archers etc...

I'm a blubby bundle of soggy hankies.

I find it really sad too, whenever I see it I just want to adopt him and make it all ok. And I'm usually a cold hearted sod who sneers at teary films.

So so hard to watch but what an amazing film. I find when I try and explain it to someone they think it's just dodgy sci fi pish but even explaining it to people makes me get all emotional and go a bit funny.

Don't want to give away any bits of it to people that may not have watched but it really is an incredible film, just the right amount of cheese for my cynical soul

Love this film, think it has echos of fairy stories like Hansel and Gretel, The Wizard of Oz and of course Pinnochio. Sad there are probably more but can't think of them just now.

It's haunting.

I did think all the way through oh god please come and live at my house I will love you forever. My mind made links between the boy and the problems we have with unwanted pets, seeing life as an inconvenience or disposable.

The most disturbing film I have ever seen, would never ever want to see it again !

I agree OP...terribly sad. The teddy bear was the breaking point for me, how he'd somehow allowed the boy time with that special someone (trying not to give plot away). I still get tearful thinking about it.

Which is the one where Robin Williams plays a robot? I think I have the films mixed up.
