Stressed, need to vent

Background: childless, alone, twenties

I left my technically boring but emotionally (bad management) stressful job around nine months ago and joined an amazing small business soon after. I have a career and the promise of a promotion very shortly (I'm doing really well) but it's so stressful. If it helps, I'm in an industry well known for being stressful and I know this is why I'm paid more without commission but days like today are BLEURGH and now tomorrow will be crap because I'm up too late because I can't sleep.
