Obviously I am because your not doctors but its 1am and I've learned to stay away from doctor Google and Dr mumsnet is a bit less scary.
I can't stand on my leg without my knee hurting like fuck and can't out weight on it with my foot flat but I haven't injured it, was just laying in bed.
Is that, uh, normal?

Not normal at all but you already know that.

How long have you been feeling like that? Just since this evening? I'm wondering whether its a trapped nerve? In anycase I'd be on the phone with 111.

Aww. I had something similar last year and for about a day. I physically couldn't put on foot infront of the other. I'd pulled a God damn muscle. I suspect caused from going on top during DTD, as my leg started creating not long afterwards. First and last time riding on top.
Best get it checked out. Do you have anyone who can take you to A&E.
It should pass in a few days. Flowers

Can you get through with pain killers until the morning and then go to a walk in centre rather than A&E? They are usually quicker and it's a more appropriate service to use. My local one opens at 7am.

Have you had cramp, tensed it, overstretched it, twisted it or done anything at all with it earlier in the day?

I had something funny happen to my foot and I couldn't put weight on it. I traced it back to wearing heels the day before for the frst time in eons.

I've been known to twist a joint or two by lying funny in bed without realising. Maybe try elevating it etc. as much as possible, can't say I'm too hot on what the deal was this days with heat vs. ice but maybe look up NHS guidelines. I would tend towards cold, if anything, but elevation/keeping off it is probably most important. I'd personally seek advice if it was still a problem in a couple of days and didn't seem to be improving. Obviously I have no idea what you've done to it and how 'wrong' it feels though.

I remember as a child falling over and hurting my knee, not badly enough to stop skating though. In the middle of the night I awoke crying in agony.

Mum had to get a neighbour with a car to drive me to hospital, where the Drs. diagnosed a severe muscle sprain and my knee was strapped upand pain relief given.

I also remember bending down to pick up a hot water bottle one am (I had kicked it out of bed when it got cold) and got this severe pain across my shoulder. Tore a muscle and could not turn my head properly to look when reversing a car for weeks afterwards.

Just goes to show that you can do things that seem very insignificant but end up in a lot of pain. You need to see a doctor and maybe get an X-Ray.
