So... first takeout pizza of 2016 eventually arrived an hour and a half after it was ordered. Salivating and giddy with excitement I ripped open the pizza box lid to see my (ok, our) texas bbq pizza smothered in pepperoni. That's pepperoni ffs on a chicken and bbq sauce pizza. No consultation or even mention in passing in the intervening 90 minutes. I'm still recovering from the shock.

I should add that I probably overreacted a touch. Fact remains though that if a pizza is to be shared then consultation on amending pre-agreed toppings is not only good form it's mandatory.

YANBU because I can't stand pepperoni (or bbq sauce) and even if I remove the offending sausage I can still taste it and it rifts on me.

Majestic I make no apologies for having dubious taste in pizza toppings. If you're going to stoop to the depths of ordering dominos on a saturday night and eating it whilst wearing pyjamas then quite frankly the dirtier the better.

I was ready to open this thread and type out that you should seriously consider basting him in lard in a large oven until he is golden and crispy... but seeing as he put pepperoni on... I'd say he should be hailed a hero. EVERY pizza needs pepperoni... EVERY. PIZZA.

YANBU. Pepperoni is hateful. DP and I always have to get separate pizzas when we're having, er, pizza. He loves BBQ sauce, chicken, bacon, peppers and onion. I meanwhile, like only the tiniest smear of standard tomato sauce, with tuna and onion. He, clearly, is a deviant, and I have the best taste in pizza toppings, ever.
