What a terrible photo of a beautiful girl!

spanieleyes Fri 05-Feb-16 19:36:29

Bloody Hell, it looks like a sack!

PinPon Fri 05-Feb-16 19:36:41

She's lovely but the dress certainly doesn't flatter her.

mrsm12 Fri 05-Feb-16 19:38:21

Looks like she's pregnant!

Quoteunquote Fri 05-Feb-16 19:38:32

It looks like a photoshop job.

Wagglebees Fri 05-Feb-16 19:39:13

I think it's the dress rather than the photo. There's zero shape to it and the arm holes are too large. I can't imagine it flattering, or hanging nicely on, anyone.

Twowrongsdontmakearight Fri 05-Feb-16 19:39:22

Bloody hell. Maternity wear!

OohMavis Fri 05-Feb-16 19:39:24

It looks photoshopped onto her body.

As though they had a plus-size model wear it originally, decided it was ghastly and thought it would look better copy-and-pasted onto a size 10 model.

Well it doesn't, ASOS, it really doesn't shock

hefzi Fri 05-Feb-16 19:40:00

That's the sort of photo that ensures I'd never buy the outfit - if it makes a model look like the backend of a bus, it would make me look like the whole depot.

Goingtobeawesome Fri 05-Feb-16 19:40:21

It says it's from the plus size range.

TriVaGoZhiVaGo Fri 05-Feb-16 19:40:24

I wasn't sure if the dress had swung around when she tried to pose. It seems very puffy.

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost Fri 05-Feb-16 19:41:59

The dress in itself is lovely, but it's utterly shapless and unflattering and maternity looking.

AlwaysHopeful1 Fri 05-Feb-16 19:42:08

It's a size 18 from the plus size range.

BikeRunSki Fri 05-Feb-16 19:42:52

I thought it was a maternity dress!

BigHairySpider Fri 05-Feb-16 19:43:34

I misread the ad and thought it said 'Floral print shit' although perhaps that's more appropriate.
It looks like she has a cushion up her dress.

hefzi Fri 05-Feb-16 19:44:22

Indeed it is plus size - but a good plus size dress is not supposed to make you look like a marquee in full sail!

VoldysGoneMouldy Fri 05-Feb-16 19:44:59

Worst photoshop job ever. God forbid they have actual plus size models.

Osmiornica Fri 05-Feb-16 19:45:54

Oh for goodness sake. If they're going to sell clothes in size 18+ then they should at least get a model that can fit into them.

OutWithTheDogs Fri 05-Feb-16 19:52:19

Awful and weird.

PerspicaciaTick Fri 05-Feb-16 19:54:20

The fabric looks to stiff - like something from the furnishing department.

Would it kill them to make plus size clothes that make the wearer look nice?

Furiosa Fri 05-Feb-16 19:55:15

Christ the way thats cut it looks like something I tried to make in Home Economics when I was a kid!

Big prints on a larger frame doesn't work. It just make you look bigger.

MrsHathaway Fri 05-Feb-16 19:55:45

Have you looked at the zip seam? You can tell that the fabric is all shiny and static just by looking at it. Hideous.

The photo is peculiar.

Andrewofgg Fri 05-Feb-16 19:55:47

Maybe it's just male ignorance but I assumed it was maternity wear!

TriVaGoZhiVaGo Fri 05-Feb-16 19:55:53

That's that horrible type of material that was all the rage when I was about 18. If you had an ounce of fat on you, you looked pudgy.

TriVaGoZhiVaGo Fri 05-Feb-16 19:58:01

For comparison, a maternity dress.

I assume by 'maternity' they mean 'This lady has just POAS'
