Hi everyone,
My manager suggested I would post a message on here regarding the Zika virus and the appalling customer service we have received from Thomson. I was wondering if anyone else have had a similar experience in relation to the Zika virus and cancelling/re-booking their holiday? Me and my husband have been trying to sort out our booking to Mexico since this Saturday and the response we have had from Thomson is just laughable- I have been in tears over the prospect of loosing out on all the money we spent on this holiday as we are unable to re-book the holiday to the dates Thomson has restricted us to. I'm not really sure where else to turn (we are in the process of also dealing with our travel insurance) as it feels like Thomson are the ones who can call the shots and we just have to go along with whatever they tell us!
