I've just put a loaf of bread in the oven. It's a spelt wholemeal, rose beautifully and will be fab. However, when I was turning it out of my proving basket I noticed loads of wee manky flour bug things in the basket. Couldn't see any on the loaf itself.
Aibu to assume that there won't be any in the bread and that if there are they'll be well roasted and just add protein??? I've checked the flour itself- it is bug free.
