To think I can't take much more of this? <lighthearted alert>

I do not want another bloody cup of tea. Every time I move another cup appears in front of me. I haven't drank the last three. Rather than take the hint, I'm getting told off for not drinking it. And reminded every two minutes that it's there. The words 'I don't want a cup of tea' and 'no thank you' don't appear to be working.

Does gin work in tea? Anyone else being subjected to tea torture?

I don't drink tea. It's a bold but complete solution. grin

I wish I was you. When I arrived at my MIL's house on Christmas day, she had he grand total of 4 (yes 4) teabags to last until teatime today (when we are going home). I can drink 4 cups of tea in an hour. She keeps offering me herbal or mint tea (boak) instead and I'm gasping for a real cup of tea...

This might be enough to make me quit.

Telling offs are ranging from annoyingly jovial (DF) to proper scolding (DGM).

Worried that DP is being brainwashed. He's just come in and reminded me not to forget my tea fhmm

Take your cup for a walk and chuck it down the sink each time.

lilydaisyrose I might be over-tea-ed, but I'm not an animal. LTB'S M.

Oh god, another one. Complete with eye roll and sigh at the full not-even-cold-yet one still on the table.

Is there a pot plant handy, that could do with overwatering?

Some of DPs extended family are like this - I love them to bits and have a great relationship with them so I tease them about it.
