I cleaned out the fridge today in preparation for the food shopping to arrive, and found an electric toothbrush I'd hurriedly hidden last week when DS walked in Xmas Blush

Incidentally, if you find the inflatable Jesus, do not nail him to a cross.

I am beyond intrigued by the inflatable Jesus. Where did you get such a thing? I can't imagine that one would be enough so I hope it wasn't too expensive!

2 wwe figures were missing on Sunday night, panicky me and 'd'h rather helpfully said 'you do this every year' with a roll of his eyes. Well yes dh, maybe that is because I do all the Christmas shopping for 3 children and all family members and find hiding places for them all while you buy for me! Turned out my mum had put them in the cupboard at her house! Then last night was ds1's Guinness book of records. Finally found it in a drawer. So this year I think everything is catered for!

I bought a new tablecloth. It is in a m and s bag with some paper chains. Somewhere.

I've found it now, but I spent 3 days hunting for the phone cover I bought for dd1s new phone. I finally found it in the car. It was delivered so why and how it ended up in the car I don't have a clue!

I hid my DS3's present so well last year, I didn't find it until Easter.

Shame really, he would have loved that puppy...

I may just take you up on that OMG 😂

On the subject of the beano I recently discovered you can buy older copies on amazon. DD has a bash street kids annual and beano annual from.the year she was born that i've stashed for her birthday.

They were only £3 each too 😊

Nothing lost this year but I did recently find a watch that I had bought DD 2 years ago and could not find! The battery has run out.

I thought I had over-hidden a guitar polishing cloth I had ordered, I remembered it arriving, looking in the parcel and then having to hurriedly hide it.
I couldn't find it, so I went into town and bought another one.

It arrived today Confused

Xmas Grin Worra

I looked everywhere for two of DH's presents the other night before realising I'd already wrapped them and given them to DM to hide. At least I bloody hope I have. [santa]

I do this every year - it's part of my Christmas Eve ritual to be still frantically searching for one - or several - elusive presents, usually bought much earlier in the year. It always seems such a good idea to buy something in October and secret it away but I never remember where! Thst was a good idea about the fridge though...

I turned my wardrobe out twice on Sunday looking for the Ugg slippers I'd bought for dh. Then I remembered I wrapped them the weekend before and put them under the tree Grin

Not so much the presents, but the crackers. I bought them in October, feeling smug and organised, and now cannot find them.

A remote control helicopter. It's not as if it's fricking small either.

On the plus side going all organised this year with a list of stuff bought has saved the annual duplicate. Although since I wrapped as I went there's probably duplicates waiting for Christmas morning.
