I dont speak to my brother or my sister (now) and my aunt is executor of my mothers will.
My Aunt was meant to take both my mothers cats but she only ended up taking one. My aunt and brother wanted to kill the boy cat, well take him into a shelter and there's no way he would of found a home, he is black, old and shy, he would of been killed.
My mother wouldnt of wanted this.
I took him in even though i only live in a one bedroom, with a baby and another cat.
My sister couldnt take the cat as her boyfriend has allergies.
My mum didnt get him chopped, chipped or injected so i had to get all of this plus the extra food i have of course have to buy.
I only work part time.
My aunt took money out of the estate to get the cat she took to be injected, chipped ect
and my aunt said to send her the vet bills and she will take money out of the estate to give to me which was £100
After three attempts of asking her and her fogging me off she eventually told me that my brother doesnt want to pay for the cat as he wanted him in a shelter and it was my choice to take him.
This is true but we all know my mother wouldnt of wanted this, she really loved her cats and my sister doesnt mind me having the money, its only him who has the problem.
The will has been divided between me, sister, brother only.
